Top 10 Heresies
We decided to itemize what are traditional and even un-traditionally called heresies in the church. As we have discussed on the show before the term heresy has evolved from its original Greek meaning. From meaning a sect to meaning any disagreement in doctrine from “the Church”. However today we chose to use it in a way to mean any doctrine that either steals from God’s divine nature or the Gospel of Jesus.
Because of this definition we have a few on our list that are not necessarily listed among the great heresies of history, but we feel are detrimental to the body of Christ. So buckle up as we discuss a little errant logic…
